WHY IPD?
Our IPD approach is an evolutionary shift beyond conventional
project methodologies. In our 20 years of experience in
project management and development we have demonstrated
that successful projects require synchronized teams. We
strategize, design and build solutions with "Team" in mind.
WHAT IS IPD?
In the past few decades, the traditional
design-bid-build (DBB) project delivery "system" has
deteriorated. Once thought to create value for the
owner, the DBB process is often one that forces
participants to "out-bid" the competition on a poorly
defined scope, and to focus only on their "part of the
job" to protect their own independent interests.
This leads to the creation of delivery silos that often result in a lack of true collaboration, poor interpretation and missed opportunities. It is a linear, control based system of delivery that fails to deliver the consistent results that the clients expect.
